Excellent location with easy access to transit.
We encountered issues with the language barrier upon arrival, especially in the rain. The living area was cramped, and our sofa bed was uncomfortable for our teenager, hindering our ability to relax as a family. The lack of regular room cleaning during our six-night stay was disappointing, and I wasn't clear on what extra services could be requested over that time.

I had really really nice time here, prime and best possible location!
Location: the hotel was really close to many restaurants, grocery stores and convenient stores to choose from, and the major attractions and points of interest. Liked a chair and a couch in the room. The staff was very amiable - I would still consider staying here again😃

great amenities but cramped living area
The room featured a washing machine, microwave, and larger fridge which were essential for our week-long stay. The proximity to Sasazuka station made it easy to travel around the city. Local eateries and convenience stores nearby added convenience during our trip. I appreciated the quiet environment despite the lively neighborhood.
The living area felt a bit cramped which limited our comfort while relaxing.

Unexpected neighborhood charm
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station. The apartment was quiet and well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful welcome booklet for newcomers.
Unfortunately, the living room furniture was not very comfortable, which limited our use of that space. A dining table would have made our meals more enjoyable.

In a lively neighborhood, this two-bedroom suite offered a strategic location near several restaurants and a supermarket, along with easy access to transit. The space was clean and more spacious than expected. The air conditioning was impressively cool, while the basic kitchen essentials were sufficient for our needs. Limited living room comfort prevented full use of the space, and a dining table would have enhanced our meal experience.

Great spot for a Tokyo stay!
Loved this place! Super close to transit, and the little kitchenette was a lifesaver for snacks. The bed was comfy. Just wish the couch was a lil' more cozy- it wasn't the best for lounging.
